News Corp Australia welcomed 120 #NGEN attendees to Holt Street today for the Emerging Leaders Workshop. Prudence McKendry and Brittany Daniel, two of our talented mentors, shared invaluable industry insights, focussing on three essential #leadership principles. Rob Pyne, the day’s keynote speaker, guided the NGENers through the alignment of #mindset and behaviours with desired impact. He had a series of conversations with attendees on how do you want to be #leader, what do you want to do, and what #impact do you want to have. During engaging group discussions, Prudence, Brittany and the attendees explored what defines exceptional leadership, the powerful influence leaders can have, and the crucial role of mindset and habits. Participants also learned about the four pathways to enhancing their leadership abilities and how to create a step-by-step plan to maximise their influence and inspire others with a lasting impact.
