And it's a special update because we launched publicly 6 months ago, so where are we at the 6 months mark? ✅We've built a talent pool of over 400+ exceptional #technology talents from 40+ countries. ✅We partnered with 80+ talent ambassadors, product and engineering leaders. ✅We are helping 15+ hiring partners build their tech team better using AI and referrals. ✅We've made 9 matches year to date and have a relatively healthy pipeline into 2024 ✅We've started to partner with #hiring partner in the #USA, #Germany, #Saudi, #Lebanon, #Egypt to name a few ✅We've made alliances with key partners including Deel and @ace and are starting to realize value from these ✅We gathered 19 mostly 5 star reviews from our users and are rated 4.3 on Trustpilot All achievements we are proud of but actually we have also been learning. A LOT. ❌The #technology hiring market is going through some very steep rebalancing, we are in an employers' market ❌Many hiring partners aren't feeling the pain that they felt during 2021 and 2022, eroding our value proposition ✅#Technology talents love our approach and the direct access they have to opportunities and hiring managers ✅Our clients love the quality of our talent pool and the level of responsiveness of our talent pool ❌#TalentAcquisition teams are all experiencing the pain of unqualified volume of applicants ❌Technology talent are all complaining of the low level of responsiveness in online hiring platforms Building something of value takes time and it still remains to be seen if the market is ready to adopt referral-led hiring and if our solution solves the problems we identified.
