We loved this quote by Jill Konrath and what it shows for our sales teams across the businesses we work with. Jill is calling out that experimentation can work, so sometimes just try stuff and see! Effectiveness is the thing we are seeking, delivering targets and goals, knowing that cadence and capability (process and technology) remain key inputs to that success. Working with our Deal Shaper Methodology and engaging with sales teams on performance should take away a lot of the trial and error however we do need to listen to what customers as are asking and work with them to create solutions to their needs.
