Peer Training I find such a training as the best training platform. It is also the best environment to thrive without fear of failure knowing fully well that your mentor will guide you through the process while letting you chart your own path to specialized field.

I help empower individuals and organizations to unleash their full potential through dynamic motivational speaking — Former NFL and Ohio State Football Player
Listen, there’s a fight in front of you. I’m talking to the leaders, the coaches, the teachers, the business owners—and everyone going to work grinding every single day. You’ve got to FIGHT. When it gets hard, you’ve got to dig deeper. When the pressure mounts, when the challenges seem endless, and when it feels like everyone’s against you—you still have to fight. It’s easy to give in when the people who supported you yesterday turn their back on you today. It’s tempting to settle for second place when the path forward gets rocky. But let me tell you this—settling should never become your norm! Winning may not be everything, but you’ve got to TRY. You’ve got to FIGHT for what’s yours. Your life is your most valuable asset, and if you don’t demand the best from it, who will? You’ve got to decide right now what you want for your life—and not just for you, but for every person connected to you . The people you lead, the people you inspire—they are looking to you! The choice is simple: FIGHT TO WIN. Check out this video, and don’t keep it to yourself—share it with a colleague or someone you know who could use a boost today. It’s time to stop accepting “good enough” and start demanding more. So ask yourself: What am I willing to fight for? Make that decision and don’t settle for less than what you deserve. https://lnkd.in/e5vsk6JP

What is a winner? A winner judges himself not by his intentions, but by the end result of his achievements. Winners don’t focus on “try” (intention), they focus on actions and results. When they don’t get results from a specific action, they take another action and another action until they get the result. As we wrap up the first quarter, what actions are you focused on to get results?

Building leaders. Transforming Culture. I help organizations grow by developing their people and by creating a culture of leadership.
The champions are those brave few who step across the line of perceived risk to give life a go and to see just what could be possible within a lifetime. They win some, and they lose some, but—no matter the results—they keep pushing forward. They understand that there are lessons to be learned with the successes of life as well as the failures of life. For the champion, the successes can never cause them to become complacent nor can the failures cause them to stay on the mat. The champion is not one decorated with medals, trophies, and exterior accolades alone. True champions understand that the greatest victories are not the ones won without but rather the victories won within. Their character on the inside is far greater than the rewards on the outside. They are bigger on the inside than they are on the outside. Champions are those who are good at what they do and great at who they are. The focus of this book is on the champion. https://lnkd.in/gq-AkAfR

Waiting for Your Moment: The Power of Persistence When Martin Scorsese finally won his long-awaited Oscar for The Departed, he couldn’t help but ask Steven Spielberg, who was presenting the award, to double-check that there hadn’t been a mistake. "Are you sure?" he asked, almost disbelieving. And honestly, who could blame him? After all, he’d been nominated five times for Best Director and overlooked each time – even for iconic films like Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, and Goodfellas. While The Departed was brilliant, many of us felt there were other films in his career that were even more deserving of that recognition. But that’s the thing, isn’t it? Life doesn’t always reward us when we feel we’ve earned it. There are times when we might feel that we are more than deserving of recognition, but circumstances conspire against it. And when that happens, the real test is how we respond. Scorsese didn’t stop. He kept creating, kept doing what he was brilliant at, and eventually, his moment came. It’s a powerful lesson, one I’ve taken to heart. When life doesn’t immediately reward your hard work or dedication, don’t let it discourage you. Keep going, keep doing what you do best. There’s so much truth in the old saying – keep up the good work. Our moment of recognition will come. Just like Scorsese, we all have our time to make a comeback, to rise and claim what’s rightfully ours. Patience and perseverance always pay off in the end. #Patience #Perseverance #Persistence #Life #LifeLessons #MartinScorsese #Oscar

Executive Director for Gotham Whale.org and dynamic performance coach for business executives and future leaders.
Adam Vinatieri's remarkable 45-yard field goal in the snowy conditions on January 19, 2002, stands as one of the most clutch plays in the history of the NFL. Tying the game under such challenging circumstances showcased Vinatieri's extraordinary skill and composure, solidifying his place in the annals of football history. This dramatic victory provided several life lessons such as: Resilience in the Face of Challenges: The adverse weather conditions and the pressure of a playoff game didn't deter the Patriots. Similarly, in the business world, facing challenges and setbacks requires resilience to continue striving for success. Their win was a result of careful preparation and strategic execution. These lessons emphasize the importance of effective communication, adaptability, teamwork, and leadership – all of which are integral to the success of your personal development and business growth. At Untold and Unlimited, our mission is to strengthen your fundamentals, enhance your resilience, and instill the championship-driven mindset necessary to unlock your unlimited potential. We understand that not everyone is committed to this journey. Are you among the select few who are? Join us, and together, let's embark on this transformative path. Contact me, Coach Bob, at 858-602-9003. Let's achieve greatness together!

Happy to share a short video in front of Edinburgh Castle in Scotland on “Bravery”, which is a famous quality of the Scottish people. This is part of the “Away With Avi” series of videos shot when I travel to interesting places, meet interesting people and share interesting insights :) “Away With Avi” is also an experiential travel leadership mentorship program where I travel with and mentor a carefully curated group of unique & creative people who join me in exotic destinations internationally to explore, interact, ideate, enjoy, relax, recharge, learn and transform perspectives ! In this video I share 5 ways to be Brave using the acronym B.R.A.V.E.! B : Belief - when you don’t know what’s going to happen, Believe in yourself, your purpose, a higher power that guides you from within, or simply believe that things will be better! R : Resilience - develop an inner strength and ability to bounce-back from all setbacks and difficulties, knowing that whatever happens you are Resilient and you can handle it! A : Adaptiveness - never give up, no matter what the challenges may be because when you Adapt with creativity, you either find a way or you make one and are never stuck! V : Victory Orientation - those with the greatest hunger to win the game usually are most driven to do so regardless of obstacles. A burning desire for Victory becomes the fuel for courage! E: Execution - action must be taken in the direction of the fear and even despite the fear. The only way to go beyond fear is to go through it. Often, Execution reveals to us that the actual risk is much smalller than the imagined risk or fear! Hope this was a nice little reminder to gently push yourself to be BRAVE where you need to be!! #makehappinessgoviral #metamind #metamindalignment #metaskills #leadershipandhappiness #UK #AwayWithAvi #Scotland #travel #alignmentcoaching #courage #AlignmentAlchemist #HappinessCentricLeadership #avinashananda

Day 3 of “Fire Lighters” by Lew Caralla Competition Sometimes you think it's an inconvenience that you’re in a certain position that is loaded with talent. Sometimes you like racing against people you can beat. Sometimes you have fear in your heart to face off against someone that’s tough. But what many people tend to forget is how much competition does for you. Competition conquers fear and builds confidence. It brings you closer to others and it earns their respect. When you bring in two talented freshmen that play the same position, they don’t realize it at the time, but they need each other. When you’re on the same rack lifting with someone that’s stronger than you, you’ll push yourself. You need to always be chasing someone better than you. The day that you don’t have any competition is the day you lower your standards and performance. Don’t back down and keep getting the most out of yourself. Someone will always be chasing you but if you’re chasing something much bigger, they’ll never catch you. Have a great day.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 '𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵' "When I sleep, I don't just sleep any ordinary sleep. No, I dream of being a three-time 🌟 Golden Globe-winning actor, Jim Carrey. Because then, I would be enough." - Jim Carrey I recently rewatched Jim Carrey's 🌟 Golden Globes speech, and it struck me how much wisdom lies beneath his humor. He spoke with a 😄 smile, but his words carried significant depth. We often think, *"If I just get that 💰 promotion, that 🌟 award, that recognition, then I'll be enough."* However, Jim's candidness reminds us that this pursuit never truly ends. There is always another milestone, another accomplishment that we believe will finally complete us. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 Perhaps real strength lies in understanding that we are already enough, regardless of awards or accolades. It is about appreciating the journey—not just the trophies—but the growth, the challenges, and the meaningful moments along the way. Let us remember that our worth is not defined by our achievements, but by who we are throughout our journey. Have you ever found yourself caught in that endless 🚶♂️ pursuit? How do you stay present and value who you are at this very moment? #SelfWorth #PersonalGrowth #JimCarrey #GoldenGlobes #Motivation #Wisdom #Mindset #LifeJourney #Inspiration #SuccessMindset #SelfReflection
