MEAG stands firm in their commitment to sustainability. They've retained 90% of the existing structure and they're aiming for top-tier certifications such as BREEAM 'Outstanding', WELL 'Platinum', and NABERS. With companies like Knight Frank and CBRE on the project team, the retrofit is set to start next summer. How do we respond to evolving requirements for office buildings? Modern offices must meet both sustainability and employee needs, as the market progresses. As passionate advocates for sustainable design, we are proud to showcase Stonecutter Court as a live case study for an office building adapted to a fast-changing world. At our recent roundtable with Property Week, we brought together experts from across the sector to explore and exchange on best practices for the evolving requirements of office buildings.
