🚨 Beware of fraudulent emails regarding job applications! 🚨 We have been made aware that fraudulent emails are being sent out to potential applicants, falsely claiming to be from UNIBA Partners. These emails are designed to scam and mislead. How to stay safe: 🔒 Verify Email Addresses: Always double-check the email address. Genuine emails from our company will come from our official domain. 🔒 Examine Links Carefully: Be cautious before clicking any links. Hover over them to see the actual URL and ensure it leads to our official website. 🔒 Look for Red Flags: Poor grammar, urgent requests for personal information, or anything that seems off are indicators of phishing attempts. Below is an example of a scam email that has been circulating. If you receive an email that seems suspicious, please do not respond or click on any links. Instead, report it to us.
They are now using your name but under a different company (Reformity Inc). I was scammed by them because I did not research your name until this morning when they sent me a sketchy "task" that I was to perform for them.
I've been trying to "report it to you" but no one has responded to me from your company. ??
Thanks for sharing this. It looks very genuine with the way they’ve name checked people. 😬
Thank you for posting this. I also just got this email. I'm sorry you are having to deal with any repercussions of scammers.
I also received an email from Reformity Inc. claiming to set me up on an interview with "Nicola McKaig". I'm glad I checked your LinkedIn before clicking the links! It's unfortunate how many scams are out there these days. I'm sorry that there are people out there using your name for these scams!
Hi Nicola, I have also received the same type of email. Thanks for your post, it is very useful since they are using your name.
