Too many reps are more concerned about their commissions and quota than the actual consumer. I had a rep sell me a tool that was supposed to help our team in a specific way. It didn’t work. I was frustrated because the rep said it could do what my team needed. We ended up canceling. My job at Alleyoop is to ensure that our reps never put prospects and clients in that position.
