✍ Top Three Reasons to Hire a GREAT Buyer's Agent: Hiring a buyer's agent can provide numerous benefits, but here are the top three reasons: 1. Expertise and Market Knowledge: Buyer's agents possess in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and neighborhood dynamics. Their expertise can help you navigate through the complexities of buying a property, ensuring you make informed decisions. 2. Negotiation Skills: Buyer's agents are skilled negotiators who can advocate for your interests during the purchasing process. Whether it's negotiating the price, terms, or contingencies, having a professional on your side can help you secure the best possible deal. 3. Access to Listings and Resources: Buyer's agents have access to a wide range of property listings, including those that may not be publicly available. They can save you time by identifying properties that meet your criteria and arranging viewings. Additionally, they can connect you with other professionals such as mortgage lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, streamlining the buying process and ensuring a smooth transaction. Happy to help, let's go buy a house! Haley Garcia Group #homebuying

23 years in Sales and Marketing. 18 years in Operations. I grow business by optimizing acquisition processes, I grow sales by developing and executing strategic plans with intuitive instinct
I’ve been rookie of the year in my first year as a mortgage broker. I’ve been in the circle of champions as a telecommunications rep I’ve been number one in sales on my first month in construction sales I’ve built a team of sales reps that bring in $1million in revenue each The list goes on… Whether I was working with a company, or building my own. I’ve always excelled as a top achieving, people person, sales executive. After building multiple sales teams I can say one thing is certain. No matter how many scripts you read, without the right foundation built into your thinking, you will always find it difficult to adapt on the fly. One of the biggest reasons I have an almost 100% close rate is because I don’t let objections come up. Eliminate objections with relatable stories and information.

🚀 As a business-to-business sales representative, I understand the importance of building strong partnerships with my clients. Just like a mortgage broker, I want to make sure that I am a good fit for their business and that my services align with their goals and vision for success. 👀 When working with mortgage brokers, I have a strict criteria that I follow. I only choose to work with those who operate with integrity and have their consumer's best interests at heart. Those who may be "grimy" or unethical are not a good fit for our business model. It's important for me to partner with individuals who share the same values and ethics as I do. 💼 Unlike most salespeople, I am not afraid to walk away from a deal if it does not align with my principles. I take pride in the partnerships I form and want to ensure that they are mutually beneficial for both parties involved. 🤝 If you are a mortgage broker looking for a sales representative who is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and works with honesty and integrity, I would love to connect with you. Let's work together to elevate each other's businesses and make a positive impact in the industry. #partnerships #integrity #success #mortgagebroker #mortgagetechnology #ICE #sales

BUYERS TIPS!!!!! Hire an Agent: Don’t skip hiring an agent! They’ll advocate for you and help you navigate the complex process. Research and choose a full-time agent with a strong track record in your area. Get Preapproved: Before house hunting, secure a mortgage preapproval. It strengthens your offer and shows sellers you’re serious. Understand Your Loan Options: Explore different loan types (e.g., conventional, FHA, VA) to find the best fit for your situation. Save for a Down Payment: Aim for at least 20% down payment to avoid private mortgage insurance (PMI). Consider Closing Costs: Be prepared for additional costs beyond the purchase price, such as closing fees and taxes. List Your Needs and Wants: Prioritize your requirements, nonnegotiable, and nice-to-haves in a home. Negotiate Wisely: Be strategic during negotiations. Small price differences matter, but don’t get hung up on them. Remember, each buyer’s journey is unique, so adapt these tips to your specific needs. Happy house hunting. #buyerstips #realestate #realestateagent #investinrealestate #mikbarrealtor

🤝 Real Talk: The Reality of Sales and Partnership in Mortgage Brokerage "Signed him up. He's going to send all his deals." A phrase many of us in mortgage brokerage have heard, yet sometimes, the reality tells a different story. 🔍 Breaking Down the Scenario: As an Area Sales Manager, I've experienced the initial excitement of agents meeting with Realtors, securing verbal commitments for deals, and joining rewards programs. However, the anticipated flood of deals often turns into a trickle or sometimes, nothing at all. 🚀 Understanding the Gap: This situation highlights a critical aspect of our industry – the gap between commitment and actual follow-through. It's one thing to secure a verbal agreement, but it's another to see consistent results. 💡 Why This Matters: For those looking to make a career shift to mortgage brokerage, understanding these dynamics is crucial. It's not just about making connections, but about nurturing them into fruitful, long-term partnerships. 🌐 Navigating the Challenges: Want to learn more about how to effectively bridge this gap and build lasting relationships in the mortgage industry? Visit www.whybrx.com/adam-walker for insights, strategies, and real-world advice. I'm here to help guide you through these nuances and share the lessons learned from my own experiences. 🔗 Connect for Success: For a deeper dive into this topic and more, feel free to reach out directly or check out our resources. Top 9 traits elite real estate agents have from the POV of a mortgage broker... 🤝 1. Relationships are everything in real estate and the best of the best understand this. It's relationships with peers, intermediaries (i.e. attorneys, financial advisors, etc.) buyers, sellers, everyone. The agents who will say whatever a client wants to hear to get the deal closed have a shortsighted approach. The elite will sacrifice a deal to maintain a good relationship. 🎢 2. Real estate is not for the faint of heart. Every day is different, the highs are amazing and the lows are soul crushing. The top agents are the ones who can handle the emotional rollercoaster that comes with this business. 💲3. They're confident and paranoid at the same time. They will convey confidence to their team, buyers, sellers and everyone else on the transaction. But beneath the surface there's a healthy amount of paranoia which keeps them on their game. 🏡 4. Real estate never sleeps. The best of the best requires having a work ethic that few industries require. They all work for themselves, they're 100% commission, and their lives revolve around their clients' schedules. Anyone can get licensed and become an agent, a very small percentage of people do what it takes to be great at it. 📊 5. They're obsessed with data and research and know their market and THE market better than their competition. They know things about buildings, coop boards, neighborhoods, what's coming, etc, better than google or chaptGPT. 👐 6. They're able to efficiently allocate their time to their prospective/active buyers and sellers while making everyone feel like they're the most important client they have. 📱7. Honest to a fault. They won't tell buyers and sellers just what they want to hear. Even if it costs them a client. 👫 8. To close a transaction requires working with multiple parties. The ones who "get it" find a way to work with the other side. With that said, if needed, they know how to bring the claws out and be a bulldog. 📷 9. Whether marketing a listing, presenting a buyer or marketing their brand, the best agents are brilliant marketers and truly know how to convey a message. Anything I missed!?? Let me know!
