Comment 3 of 3 to the Board of Munich Re Your conduct towards me cannot be regarded as ethically irreproachable. I wrote .... providing you with a final opportunity to reflect and redress the wrongs inflicted on an employee who gave her all to your company and had her career destroyed by one of your senior managers. To refuse to take responsibility ....is shameful and immoral. It was a golden opportunity for you to embrace and enhance Munich Re’s reputation as a morally charged and forward - thinking company capable of social responsibility: a chance to reflect and steer your company into a moral direction by doing the right thing by apologizing and compensating me for my losses. By refusing to make any decision, delegating the response and refusing to compensate me you have ALL failed miserably. ...where is your commitment to morality and social responsibility? Instead, you have undermined Munich Re. I had believed the Board of Munich Re would stand up for justice. I was wrong. ’ Take the time to read the truth behind this debacle. Your shareholders and new Board Members need to believe in your integrity. Do the right thing apologize and compensate me.
