Last week was such a special time as we cheered on the amazing Riser's – 10 Business Development Managers who wholeheartedly dove into the RISE signature BDM program, a fantastic journey of self-improvement over 8 weeks! I witnessed their; Discomfort: They faced moments that stretched them, making them a bit uncomfortable. But you know what? That's where the magic happens! Growth: Oh did they grow! Each week brought new opportunities for personal and professional growth. Challenges: Sure, there were challenges along the way and they embraced them all. Lessons: Every challenge turned into a lesson and a chance to learn and grow even more. Implementation: It wasn't just about learning; it was about putting those lessons into action. The Riser's rolled up their sleeves and got things done, even through the discomfort. Celebrations: Every milestone achieved, no matter how small, was a reason to cheer and acknowledge their progress. Lots of wins: There were victories, big and small –showcasing their hard work paying off. Action taking: They weren't just talking the talk; they were walking the walk. Taking action is the key, and these Riser's embodied this. I have so much pride for each one of them. To witness their journey was a privilege, and I feel so fortunate to have been a part of it.
