The Ardonagh deal is the latest example of banks and private credit firms working together as part of the hybrid solution. The $2.04 billion, cross-border refinancing by the high-yield bonds will sit alongside a roughly £2 billion term facility by direct lenders denominated in dollars, euros and Australian dollars.
