The recent developments under the leadership of Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who has taken charge of the agriculture and rural development ministries speaks on the commitment to farmer welfare and rural development. The integration of efforts to improve rural roadways, expand asset creation under MGNREGA, and empower women through the ‘Lakhpati Didis’ scheme reflects a comprehensive approach to sustainable rural development. These initiatives not only promise to uplift the agrarian community but also pave the way for a stronger, self-reliant India. The emphasis on creating assets and generating employment through schemes like Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and MGNREGS are pivotal in transforming the rural landscape. At Goosebumps, we are committed to partnering with agri businesses. One of our recent projects included working with farmer influencers to make short form videos for our client, creating employment opportunities. I am looking forward to witness the changes and strides rhe industry takes in the coming years. #Agriculture #RuralDevelopment #FarmerWelfare #WomenEmpowerment #Goosebumps #IndiaDevelopment

🎉 Eid-Al-Adha: Driving Rural Prosperity and Social Welfare 🎉 Eid-Al-Adha, also known as Bakrid, is more than a religious celebration; it significantly impacts socio-economic conditions, especially in rural areas. 🏡 🐐 Economic Boost from Livestock Trade: With a Muslim population of 200 Million in India, even if 10% purchase a goat for sacrifice, it results in the sale of 20 Million goats. At an average price of ₹10,000 per goat, this generates a whopping ₹200 Billion (2.35 Billion USD), that’s for a year, and it’s a recurring event. This massive economic activity primarily benefits local farmers, reinforcing a 100% desi rural economy free from foreign influence. 🇮🇳 💰 Income for Farmers: This festival is a significant source of income for farmers, who rely on livestock sales during this period. The money earned supports their livelihoods and boosts the rural economy, promoting financial stability and growth within these communities. 🌱 🍲 Food Distribution and Social Welfare: Eid-Al-Adha also has profound social impacts. During the festival, Muslims distribute food to nearly 400 Million people, ensuring that the benefits of the economic activity are shared widely. This act of charity strengthens social bonds and provides essential nutrition to millions, supporting community welfare and cohesion. ❤️ 📈 Sustainable Economic Growth: The festival's economic activities, from livestock trading to food distribution, spur local markets and create jobs. This influx of money supports small businesses and enhances overall economic stability, demonstrating how cultural traditions can drive sustainable development. 🌿 In conclusion, Eid-Al-Adha plays a pivotal role in rural economics by generating substantial income for farmers and fostering social welfare through food distribution. This festival showcases the power of traditional practices in promoting economic and social well-being. 🌟 #EidAlAdha #RuralEconomy #LivestockTrade #FarmersIncome #SocialWelfare #EconomicGrowth 🐄💸🍽️
