श्री रंजीत परीछा (वरिष्ठ विद्युतकार-॥) को उनके महत्वपूर्ण योगदान हेतु एनएमडीसी द्वारा खनिज रत्न से सम्मानित किया गया था। उन्होंने एक सप्ताह में 50 वर्ष पुराने क्रिटिकल ईओटी क्रेन (150/30 टन) की इन-हाउस डिजाइन, फैब्रिकेशन, इरेक्शन, कमीशनिंग,और टेस्टिंग को पूरा किया। इसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने 1000 किग्रा पैसेंजर एवं गुड्स एलीवेटर की मरम्मत जैसे कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों को अपनी मेहनत एवं इच्छा शक्ति से पूरा किया है। एनएमडीसी इनके योगदान की सरहाना करता है। #VoicesofNMDC
