Don’t you think I could do an app for longevity lifestyle? I started doing apps 10 years ago. I have optimized almost every aspect of my lifestyle for longevity. Please… give me two weekends. The problem with most apps is that they always try to make it into a unicorn 🦄 company so there are very few that are useful tools. Instead, most are bad quality services with a nice UI. But doing an “Attia in your pocket” is much more straight forward than people think. The principles are very simple. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, prevention and supplements. A single person can build a very valuable company around this concept IF executed the right way from a product POV. The lowest hanging fruit would be an app for “exercise for longevity” to help people improve their VO2 max, strength, mobility and stability. Pricing model would be one time payment and you only pay for new versions.

You can do this and so much more in the Wise Mind Nutrition app, for free! You can even share your nightly reviews with other app users if you are looking for added accountability. Give it a try and see how your health unfolds... #mentalhealth #change #selfimprovement #health #dailyhabits
