Urgent Complaint I purchased a brand-new PlayStation 5 console from noon, and the included controller has a serious joystick issue, making it unresponsive and unusable. After reaching out to Ms. Raghad from Noon ONE customer support, I was met with unhelpfulness and no reference number for my concern. I called again and spoke with Maged, who shockingly informed me that my return was rejected despite the item being in its original packaging. Even worse, there was no acknowledgment of the faulty controller! I raised a formal complaint (Reference #7601887) and received no response. Instead, the delivery representative carelessly dropped the device at my doorstep without any communication. Now, I’m left with a damaged product and no solution. 1moNoon is such a great company but Most of These guys are the worst nightmare you will ever face ordering from noon.com they will cancel your order and walkaway away with it , and when you ask the customer service, nothing happens its part of their game … I wonder if Faraz Khalid knows this is happening to his customers , this sabotage against customers is not good for the company , online business is grown and sustained by trust and reliability, failure to fix these loopholes and breeding nepotism in delivery departments will messup and limit you in the near future because its not only me who was crooked but many people are complaining about these evil order cancellation by asian drivers & riders , of which refund process is long and they dont refund full amount
