Urgent Complaint I purchased a brand-new PlayStation 5 console from noon, and the included controller has a serious joystick issue, making it unresponsive and unusable. After reaching out to Ms. Raghad from Noon ONE customer support, I was met with unhelpfulness and no reference number for my concern. I called again and spoke with Maged, who shockingly informed me that my return was rejected despite the item being in its original packaging. Even worse, there was no acknowledgment of the faulty controller! I raised a formal complaint (Reference #7601887) and received no response. Instead, the delivery representative carelessly dropped the device at my doorstep without any communication. Now, I’m left with a damaged product and no solution. Worst ever customer care experience faced after buying the products, Reference order NAEG50039124372 there is no positive response and please direct me to a higher management level to escalate an resolve this issue. As a trusted brand in the market we never expected such a kind of experience from Noon.
I hope Noon will continue to support and protect the rights of sellers. It would be beneficial for all parties if a thorough review process is conducted before making any decisions to deactivate seller accounts. This approach ensures fairness and transparency, promoting a positive and trustworthy marketplace environment.

2moI want to share my terrible experience with Noon and Dubai Consumer Rights. On the 18th of July, I received a TCL TV that I ordered from Noon, which cost around 7,000 AED. Upon installing the TV on the 21st of July, I discovered a significant manufacturing defect – the screen is not working, and only the sound is functional. I immediately complained to Noon to come and replace or return the TV. Since the 21st of July, I have been consistently following up, but Noon has not responded adequately. Every 2 days, they call me and tell me to wait for 24-48 hours for the concerned department to handle the issue. It has been almost 20 days now, and my case is still unresolved. This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I have never faced such cheap treatment from Amazon. I urge everyone to be cautious when dealing with Noon, as their customer service is extremely disappointing and unhelpful. @noon My order ID: NAEG70012984083-1
