🐟🚀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝘀!🍔   We are excited to share with you the latest prototypes of plant-based fish analogue nuggets and burgers made with our revolutionary NoPalm Yeast Fats, produced by our incredible partner Loki Foods! 🐟🍔   The Icelandic startup Loki Foods aims to transform not just seafood, but the entire food system. Their mission? To offer climate-positive, plant-based, and cultivated foods that excel in taste, sustainability, and nutrition, all the way from the Arctic.   Within our EU funded Eurostars Palm+ project partner, we are tackling together a significant challenge: 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵? The answer is a resounding YES! Thanks to our innovative fats that deliver that irresistible mouthfeel, we are helping Loki Foods create an uncompromising solution.   Achieving perfect functionality and sensory experience in plant-based products, especially without palm, is no small feat. This is what we are actively working on in the PALM+ project with Loki Foods, and we are proud of the progress we've made together.   Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to redefine the future of food, one delicious bite at a time! 🌍🌿 #PlantBased #Sustainability #FoodInnovation #NoPalmIngredients #LokiFoods #Eurostars #ClimatePositive #FutureOfFood

These innovations are even more important in a country where agriculture has a clear natural limit. 78% of the Icelandic surface is unamenable to agriculture, so the country has relied on the sea for food production. Circular solutions like these are the only solution to lower the footprint.

Ah, This is one great achievement! (fire) 😃 Inge Thijssen I'm looking forward to be a part of this!
