🎉 Employee Spotlight: Celebrating Andrey Kukhtin’s Appointment as Regional Marketing Director, International Markets! 🎉 🎤 Blitz Interview with Andrey: Insights into #LifeAtStoli Q. What initially drew you to Stoli, and how has your journey been since joining the company? A. Stoli Group immediately stood out to me for its entrepreneurial environment, offering an opportunity to leverage my extensive expertise on an international scale to contribute to its business and brands. Leading international marketing for the EEU/NE cluster for nearly three years marked a significant milestone, and I'm thrilled to embark on the next chapter as International Marketing Director, eager to further advance this journey. Q. Can you share a memorable moment or project during your time at Stoli that stands out to you? A. Having the chance to work remotely, I opted to relocate to Turkey, one of the fastest-growing markets in my region. The socio-cultural landscape there is incredibly complex, making it challenging for outsiders to navigate and establish fruitful relationships. The best approach was to fully immerse myself in the country by living there for an extended period. My year in Istanbul was transformative, enhancing my understanding of the culture, fostering personal growth, and significantly boosting business development. Q. How would you describe the culture and work environment at Stoli? A. Entrepreneurial spirits and rather liner structure forms a culture that fosters trust, open communication, strong partnerships, driving us to deliver excellence consistently. With high standards of personal behaviour and performance, we support and value each other, achieving our business goals together while taking immense pride in our shared success. Q. In what ways has Stoli supported your professional development and growth? A. Stoli culture allows to come up with initiatives and get immediate support for good ones, new areas actually lead to development. The company recognises achievements, motivating me to strive for excellence. Q. What do you find most exciting or fulfilling about your role at Stoli? A. It is the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional individuals who are leaders in their fields, both within the company and among our professional trade partners worldwide. I am passionate about developing myself while contributing to the growth of the company. My prior experience in the culturally diverse EEU/NE cluster, stretching from the Nordics to Israel, has inspired me and provided valuable insights for my upcoming endeavours. Q. What advice would you give to someone considering a career at Stoli or entering a similar industry? A. If you're passionate about the industry, possess a daring spirit in both thoughts and actions, and ready to work hard while enjoying the journey, Stoli Group is for you. It's a place where you can grow personally while contributing to the growth of the business. #LifeAtStoli #EmployeeSpotlight

Flexibility | I mentor women that partner with me, wanting financial flexibility, to launch and run their own social selling [from home] Beauty (makeup, skin/hair & wellness) business; earning 50% commissions+bonuses🚀
Post 1 of 3 It’s important to consider 3 main factors when choosing a company to partner with in the social selling/network marketing space. Let’s go over the first factor in this post 👉The actual company itself - questions you should ask: • Is it privately owned or are there public shareholders or a private equity venture • Is the company debt free • What is the manufacturing and distribution process • What is the company’s vision; goals for future growth • What resources are available to the field • How is the company ranked among other Direct Selling companies The company I decided to partner with, Farmasi (a Turkish Beauty Company), checks all the boxes: ⭐️ The company is multi generational family owned - started by Dr. Tuna in the 1950’s and currently run by 2 grandsons (the CEO & President) ⭐️ The company is completely debt free ⭐️ Farmasi owns its entire supply change from raw materials, production, packaging, distribution centers and their own IT company = lower costs for the company results in better resources and compensation for the field and affordable prices for customers ⭐️ Farmasi is the number 1 Direct Sales company in its home country Turkey, and ranked #28 worldwide 👉 the company’s vision is to become the #1 Direct Sales company in the world and it’s exciting to be a part of it from the beginning (they’ve only been in the U.S. 5 years, 3 years in Canada and 6 months in the UK - new country launches coming)! I hope this was helpful - make sure to follow for the next 2 posts outlining 2 more important factors to consider when choosing a company to join! I love the flexibility to earn that this opportunity offers - please reach out if you have questions and/or are interested in getting starting 💬

Look at that BIG smile! It's all worth it, from being anxious and overthinking about the outcome to enjoying the process of planning and executing it. I was more excited than nervous until we started the Ice breaking activity. Based on personal experience, regardless of how well you think you know your peers, it's always fun to start off with a short ice breaking activity, like how you start your car engine and warm up before you accelerate. This is our humble Sales and Marketing team in Malaysia. They are our strikers! While planning for a cross-department team building, I had a lot of ideas in my mind, but I wanted to be more intentional in executing the activity. So, I was inspired by our recent topic of How to Build Relationship With Your Client. The egg, as you observed from the picture, represent a Client. While, the tower is seen as a strong foundation to retain a long term relationship and How we can support our client? It was an effective team-building activity and I observe collaboration while they competed to complete the mission in 10 Minutes!

What if we were to give job titles to people according to what they actually do? I have met a few Director of Sales Who Can't Do Marketing and made acquaintance with one or two PA to the CEO (Who We Suspect Is Sleeping With The CEO). And over the years, more often than not, in Asia, I have noticed that we tend to introduce ourselves by what we do, something along the lines of: “I am a [insert job title/position] at [insert company/organisation/institution].” Accordingly, we measure our individual success by their existing position on the social and corporate ladder. Perhaps this is the ‘face’ and ‘results oriented’ Asian culture at work. While job titles come with preconceived notions about who you are and where you are on the company hierarchy, it is important that you can actually do what your job title suggests. For example, don't take the job of a Director of Sales and Marketing, if you know nuts about marketing. It is 2 distinct roles, that is why it is called sales AND marketing, not Director of Sales Marketing....... Yes, the best results normally happen when both sales and marketing efforts are aligned but over the years, I have rarely met someone who is really good in both, because both are.... distinct roles. Just be a really good Director of Sales if you are the best in closing deals and generating revenues. Leave the Director of Marketing position to someone else, who is really better than you in creating awareness, generating leads, and building customer relationships. And this is why I like the vague title of General Manager. So what do you actually do? I....uhhh....I generally manage everything......🤣

A few days back, I chatted with a friend who applied for a job at Exely, and her interview resonated deeply with me. Looking back on my own experiences, I can confidently say that Exely's interview process is in a league of its own. 1️⃣ Firstly, Exely was crystal clear about the recruitment process and the role. Their transparency made it easy for me as a candidate to know what to expect and prepare accordingly. The recruiter is also easy to contact and open for any questions. 2️⃣ Secondly, what made Exely's interview unique was their genuine interest in getting to know me beyond just my qualifications. Despite the formal setting, there was an unmistakable sense of camaraderie and mutual respect during our discussions. They were genuinely interested in my perspectives, and I, in turn, felt encouraged to engage openly and authentically. It wasn't just about ticking off requirements; it was about making a real connection to find the best candidate. 3️⃣ Lastly, there were no irrelevant personal questions. The recruiter stayed focused on assessing my suitability for the role based on my professional background. This professionalism ensured the interview stayed on track and respected boundaries. In the end, I felt proud after the interview, but what stuck with me was how considerate and respectful the whole experience was. I hope this sharing brings you some insights from a candidate's perspective. And while you're here, we're actually still in search of a dedicated Business Development Manager in Yogyakarta.
