Excited to lend my experience to the National Small Business Association and advocate for small businesses to our federal delegation, particularly around the rising cost of healthcare 🏥 Stomping Ground Strategies is proud to fully cover the cost of healthcare for our employees, but most small (and large) businesses don't. We spend roughly one-third of our lives at work (and another third thinking about work 🙃 ), and that takes a toll on everyone's mental and physical wellbeing. The LEAST employers can do is pay for healthcare. But make no mistake, it's expensive and most small businesses can't afford it. Small businesses make up 43.5% of the U.S.'s GDP. We're economic drivers, and as such, we should be able to support our workforce and their health, so they in turn can keep our economy healthy & strong.

Today I learnt an interesting fact that Leadership is not about Power, it is about Influence. As leaders positive influence is key to drive high performance teams and build future fit leaders. It eliminates fear from teams and instills drive to deliver with integrity. Such a leader encourages employees to be better leaders in their own territories, and enable them to take ownership of business strategy and be accountable for their actions without Fear. Now the below table just sumed up how an Effective Leadership should look like, Serve and Positively Influence Teams/Employees.  Right or wrong, these two inspired me to be a better leader in my own right.

Such a great event with the Henderson Brothers, Inc. yesterday at the NATIONAL AVIARY PITTSBURGH INC. We discussed: The Art of Leveraging Relationships. Key Point: "Relationships are the bridges over which values are transferred." To sustain, grow, and thrive, non-profit leaders must be intentional in nurturing and cultivating strategic relationships. #highperformance #leadership #relationships

Congratulations It reminds me of the Importance/Significance*** of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) of the HVAC Systems for the Nuclear Power Plants***. (40 years with extensions to 60 and even some to 80 years Life Cycle) *** Among, other Diversified Industries. Btw: I would expect Significant Expansion/Need in HVAC, as a result of recent Renaissance in Nuclear to meet ever increasing need for CLEAN Energy and to Achieve the Global Goal of "Net-zero" by 2050.! #DATABASE(1970-2024)
