Having taken on more than 250 staff over the past 12 months - taking its total workforce up to 1500 people - the firm is confident of creating the same number of new jobs by the end of the next year, with half of them being in the North East. Following a period of steady growth, Maxim FM’s annual turnover passed £15 million for the first time, with the firm on track to achieve its goal of becoming a £20 million turnover company by the end of 2025. With branch offices in Leeds, Swindon and North Lanarkshire, as well as a growing list of clients, the firm has a clear strategy for further expansion.
