Do you give back to your local community through your business? 😊 ✅✅✅✅ We have been looking at the impact this has on staff motivation and engagement recently, with clients developing their approach to Corporate Social Responsibility as part of reviewing progress against their 2024 Business Plan. 🔬🔭 (and yes, starting to plan for 2025!! 🫣) As well as aligning business strategy to the greater good, many organisations recognise the benefits of giving additional time and resources to their community. I know the impact it makes on us when we are onboarding new clients and we are always keen to get involved in their initiatives. 💪 Giving back isn’t only good for your business reputation but also brings out the best in your employees. Tapping into people’s individual social responsibility boosts their engagement, motivation and wellbeing, increasing performance and productivity in their work assignments by increasing opportunities to showcase skills and interests outside their normal work routine. 💹✅✅ Research shows that opportunities to engage in extra-curricular activities to support good causes stimulates a positive mindset to lift motivation and performance in the short term and create a greater sense of trust and loyalty in staff moving forward. 💃🕺 We help boost this impact with our PQ coaching programme and measure the impact with our workforce condition assessment - so you know you are getting value and can directly measure ROI! What could your business give back to your local community in 2024/2025? It will be a gift that keeps on giving. North Face Consulting Ltd. - Because Your People, Are Your Business. Do you know what makes a successful business? The answer to that is huge and varied. With so many different business owners, businesses and cultures, the definition of a successful business is what the business owner defines it as a success! What is universal about business and success is the people in the business and the actions and responsibilities the business takes. Every business will have a clear definition of success, and then it is how that is communicated to the rest of the team, the actions and outcome measures that determine what occurs within the business. At Break Free Consultancy, we offer a Business Health and Wellbeing check. We spend time with the business owner, team leaders, managers, and HR department to hear what works and what doesn't. We have a specific methodology for this; every time we do it, the business owners are both surprised and excited to take the next step. We connect them with the right strategies, tools, and supports, Empowering them as they work towards their business success. Working with us results in a business that SOARS and shines. Can you relate to all of this? Let's talk and book a Business Health and Wellbeing check. Your business deserves the best, as do you! :) Book a call: https://lnkd.in/g7uz7754

This is not just a passing trend; it reflects a fundamental shift in workplace culture. 🌍 Companies are increasingly seen as social leaders, with employees expecting them to actively support values that align with their own. The article dives into the importance of defining and promoting core values, which not only boosts employee morale but also enhances overall company reputation. This data suggests a powerful implication: organizations that take proactive steps to engage in social issues are likely to see increased employee satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, it's a smart move for attracting top talent in an increasingly competitive job market. What do you think? Should companies lead in social advocacy, or should they focus purely on business matters? https://lnkd.in/eqDS6dmv
