Similarweb is your friend when it comes to understanding traffic, visibility and relevancy before posting a job. I advise my customers at Academic Positions to ALWAYS consider the following before spending money on advertising a job: - Does the website post the jobs for you or do you have upload your own advert? This means their traffic doesn't come from candidates only but also employers 😅 . - Does the platform host any other activities other than job vacancies? Then their traffic might not just be jobseekers 😒 - If they post other types of jobs not related to the kind of traffic you want looking at your job then your advert might get lost or you might not be getting the right visibility.
