(TSXV: TRU) (TSXV:TRU, OTCQB:TRUIF, FSE:706) (“TRU” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated July 30, 2024, it has obtained both shareholder approval and TSX Venture Exchange approval of the definitive earn-in agreement (the “Option Agreement”) transaction with Eldorado Gold Corporation (TSX:ELD, NYSE:EGO) (“Eldorado”). Pursuant to the Option Agreement, Eldorado has been granted the exclusive option (the “Option”) to earn an 80% ownership interest in TRU’s Golden Rose Project (“Golden Rose”), strategically located along the gold deposit-bearing Cape Ray – Valentine Lake Shear Zone in Central Newfoundland. Closing of the Option Agreement remains subject to TRU’s receipt of a drilling permit for Golden Rose from the Mineral Lands Division of the Newfoundland government (“Mineral Lands”). The Otjikoto Mine continued to outperform during the second quarter of 2024, producing 48 143 ounces of gold, above expectations as a result of higher than anticipated mill feed grade, B2Gold Corporation said. For the second quarter of 2024, mill feed grade was 1.79 grams per tonne (g/t), mill throughput was 0.85 million tonnes, and gold recovery averaged 98.6%. https://lnkd.in/dXd-ATDF

After hitting a new record of $0.245 yesterday on strong results with maximum grades of 45 g/t #gold, +3,000 g/t #silver and 38.8% #lead + #zinc, the company has been up as much as 40.82% today to A$0.345 with more than 16 million shares changing hands. While still absorbing yesterday’s results, investors received more strong news today with hole A3RC031 also returning 7.4 g/t gold from 123 metres. That hole has now returned 4 metres at 2.3 g/t gold, 545 g/t silver, 0.2% copper and 2.9% lead+zinc from 123 metres, including 1 metre at 7.4 g/t gold, 1,975 g/t silver, 0.6% copper and 5.1% lead+zinc from 123 metres. Nova Minerals Limited (ASX:NVA, OTCQB:NVAAF) continues to grow the golden potential of the Estelle Project in Alaska’s prolific Tintina #Gold Belt with more “exciting” results from the RPM North deposit, including more than 10 broad intersections of better than 5 g/t gold. Holes RPM-056 and RPM-057 were standouts with the former, returning 27 metres at 10.4 g/t gold from 107 metres with an overall average grade of 2.3 g/t over 152 metres from 3 metres at a 0.1 g/t cut-off. The latter produced 120 metres at 5.0 g/t gold from 93 metres, including 79 metres at 7.4 g/t from 128 metres and 63 metres at 9.0 g/t from 143 metres. This hole returned an overall average grade of 3.2 g/t over 211 metres from 3 metres at a 0.1 g/t cut-off.
