When you work in hospitality you realize that there are different ways to get to your destination. (Creating the best guest experience). Sometimes you take a cab and set an exact location, like planning your activities for the rest of the month and setting goals. And sometimes you have to walk and figure it out. Like when you’re facing an unexpected challenge the day of the event. What matters is your willingness to create a meaningful connection with the people around you once you reach your destination.
