It was humbling to hear these digital leaders in construction talk about the role of Docketbook in improving transparency, information sharing and collaboration in our industry. Dr Paul Reichl, representing the Level Crossings Removal Program, discusses the importance of sharing information across the supply chain and the need to improve transactional efficiency to create win-win outcomes that streamline supply chains, rather than moving the problem from one party to another. Rob Downing, CIO at Hanson Australia, shares insights about the problems of dockets, surcharges and invoice reconciliation and mentions Docketbook's role in the delivery of agile B2B solutions for their customers. It now forms part of a suite of powerful customer-centric, data-driven digital solutions available from this true digital leader. Finally, Patrick Pearl from BMD Group speaks about the importance of facilitating broader industry change and specifically about digital docket management in their business. BMD processes between 30,000 and 40,000 dockets per month and, with Docketbook now delivering most of these, realised benefits include prompt issue resolution, invoice matching, and improved accuracy in financial reporting. There are many more insights in the digital transformation section - definitely worth a watch - from 48 minutes to about 1h15.
