$21.5 million state grant coming to Norwalk Public Schools for air conditioning & clean air. It’s a lot of money. This is what people expect. Government at all levels working together for the benefit of the people we serve. 📚Brien McMahon High School 📚Brookside Elementary School 📚Marvin Elementary School 📚Naramake Elementary School 📚Rowayton Elementary School 📚Silvermine Dual Language Magnet School The city is able to make these investments and also save millions of dollars thanks to the new 60% state reimbursement we put into law. This is all a part of our vision for new school construction and reconstruction of our existing school infrastructure over the next two decades.

Bob, I wish you were in charge of state construction processes and contracts. We need some serious reforms.

I hope at some point, basic human necessities like these aren’t a multi-million dollar deal; but a expectation of our federal/ state funding. These investments should just be mandatory statues for how we care for our children and communities. But nevertheless, great work Senator Duff!
