Yesterday, we unveiled the most comprehensive new-build order in the history of our company—a total of 8 state-of-the-art vessels over a ten-year period between 2026 and 2036, representing nearly 25,000 additional berths, with new classes of ships for each of our 3 award-winning brands, and the construction of a multi-ship pier at Great Stirrup Cay, our private island destination in the Bahamas and top-rated Caribbean port of call. This unprecedented decade-long strategy enhances its product offering, guest experiences, and operational infrastructure, Norwegian Cruise Line is expected to take delivery of four ~200,000 gross tons ships, each with a capacity of nearly 5,000 guests, in 2030, 2032, 2034, and 2036; Oceania Cruises is scheduled to take delivery of two 86,000 gross ton ships, each with a capacity of 1,450 guests in 2027 and 2029; Regent Seven Seas Cruises is scheduled to take delivery of two 77,000 gross tons ships, each with a capacity of 850 guests, in 2026 and 2029. In partnership with FINCANTIERI, each of our brands will design their new ship class and focus on creating the largest, most efficient, and innovative vessels of their respective fleet. Aligning with our Sail & Sustain sustainability efforts, the new ship designs are expected to advance our journey towards decarbonization.

My Family has an upcoming group cruise and I WAS excited UNTIL yesterday! I find it extremely difficult that I’m the one and only person who is having a communication issue regarding my balance. As a first time cruiser it may be my last and I have not even sailed yet. I’ve spoken to numerous agents and resolution supervisors and not one can legitimately tell me or show me a proper breakdown of charges from the time of my deposit was given. I’ve been sent 10 new breakdowns all dated at the time of my request. How is it possible they have no access to customer history? So then I go down the rabbit hole and it’s almost impossible to find printable archives of past sales, only contradictory dated thumbnails. How is it possible that a billion dollar company doesn’t have the software to show a customer where her discounts were properly applied? Being told over and over that if I take my charge amount and remove the % I can see what I was charged prior to discount? Is it me? Am I crazy or does this not work as properly providing a customer with accurate charges or billing? I need help please. Thank you
