Back in 2021, we acquired Oak Street, a leading net lease real estate specialist, to add their market-leading platform to Blue Owl. Now, we’re in the process of bringing on both Kuvare Asset Management, a leader in the insurance sector, and Prima Capital Advisors, an expert in real estate finance. Each of these steps were taken to best adapt to the changing market environment with our clients and users of our capital in mind.
