Today’s Tip: Avoid unnecessary interruptions! We encourage clients to attend the home inspection and ask questions! However, it is important not to hinder the inspector or the process. An example of this would be roaming to different areas of the home and utilizing items that could interfere with what the inspector is doing. If you start running water and the inspector is attempting to check water pressure, this could interfere with the results. You hired your inspector to do their job, you can feel at ease letting them do so! 😊 Schedule with us today! 📞 267-668-0803 ✉️ info@eagleinspectionsllc.com . . . #eagleinspections #inspection #inspections #inspector #inspectors #homeinspection #homeinspections #realestate #homebuying #homeownership #tipsandtricks #tip #tips #knowledge #info #learning #todaystip

Thermal Imaging technique can add a great value in Fire Watch.
As Risk Engineers, our job is to offer valuable advice to constructors insured by our clients. During the extension of Miami Airport, we provided a contractor with a critical tip to reduce the risk of fire. With around 40 locations of hot work per day, it was essential to use an infrared device to identify and close out hot spots daily. This simple step proved to be vital in ensuring the safety of the workers and the project's success. #riskengineering #firesafety #constructiontips #MiamiAirport

Safety is not just a priority; it's our culture. Developing a 23-acre site with over 6,000 linear feet of trenching for site utilities necessitates meticulous pre-planning. This planning is not just to ensure the work is executed properly but also to ensure it is done safely. Communication is vital during this construction phase, which is why each day starts with our site contractor completing a job hazard analysis sheet for each task we'll be tackling. It's not just a box to check – it's a chance for the entire team to get on the same page and identify any potential risks before work begins. Three to four trenches occur daily across the site, each requiring specific safety protocols depending on the depth. Even though a pre-trench safety meeting was previously held when trenching began, our safety partner was back on site yesterday with Senior Superintendent Everett Adams to do a refresher utilizing a mock-up to allow additional training and review the critical components for trenching safely. This project is about more than just moving dirt and laying pipe. It's about looking out for each other and upholding our commitment to safety above all else.
