I asked 53 founders how many hours they worked on average. The answers were shocking. 👇 Most proudly admitted to work 10-12+ hours/day. (Some even more than that) But when I asked what they did during that time... Many admitted they were often: → Putting out fires. → Jumping in for the team. → Wasting time on meetings (That could have been avoided with a simple email) → Or getting distracted with their phone. But hiring? Building systems? Working ON the business? And getting more clients? → Only a small part was spent on that. A lot of busyness, but little progress. So please... Don't brag about how many hours you work. Because success is NOT about counting your hours. It's about making your hours count. Otherwise, it doesn't matter.
