Is it worth visiting the Hannover Messe? Let me help answering with some thoughts (below) and by sharing this video (sound on 🔈🎶). As I was moving across the fair’s pavilions and talking to exhibitors, the general feedback on their perspective is that the fair is very broad and generic. It was not necessarily a place to close deals, but to network. In fact, the fair covers so much ground and subjects that it gets hard for someone to see it all, even spending full days throughout the whole week. On the other hand, from a visitor’s point of view this characteristic makes it a perfect place to visit, mainly if you are looking to get a broad perspective about technology trends within the Industry 4.0 universe.
