This week, as we honor our incredible nurses who are at the forefront of healthcare, let's also focus on how we can better support them in their critical roles. The healthcare landscape has evolved dramatically over the years, yet the systems that support our nursing professionals often have not kept pace. Many nurses express a desire to step away from the bedside or even leave the profession altogether due to outdated practices and overwhelming work environments. It's a clear signal that change is overdue! As we appreciate the difference nurses make every day, we must also commit to innovating and updating the systems that support them. Let's use this Nurses Week to advocate for and implement new approaches that ensure our nurses have the resources, environment, and support they need to thrive. Together, we can ensure that our nurses continue to make a difference in the lives of so many. HAPPY NURSES WEEK! #NursesWeek #HealthcareInnovation #SupportNurses

According to a study by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, around 100,000 registered nurses left the workforce in the past two years, with another 700,000 intending to leave by 2027. The heart of the issue is chronic understaffing, coupled with feelings of being undervalued and overworked. Healthcare organizations must listen and act.
