What thought does this image inspire? The answer depends on your mood in the moment. For me, in this moment, it inspires a wondering why whenever large amounts of people gather, is so much trash left in places other than trash cans? Being from New Orleans, parades were long a part of life. It was a given, after each parade, the street cleaners come through to restore the street to pre parade conditions. But, why? Why are people so entitled to believe the street is their trash can? If I were President, I'd dedicate $100B to a forensic trash program that identifies fingerprints or other DNA markers from trash found anywhere outside of garbage cans/dumps. We ID you 1 time, you get a warning (what can I say, I'm too nice). We ID you a 2nd time, we definitely don't throw you in jail, that's too expensive. We give you a choice, pay a fine of $10k OR get a hand chopped off. Our campaign slogan: You litter and we make your life shittier! #dreamitshareit
