‘Wood’ you believe us if we said it’s time to #spruce up the Capitol? 🎄 New York State is looking #fir TWO of our Capital Region neighbors to donate spruce trees to showcase at the New York State Capitol and Empire State Plaza this holiday season! One tree will adorn East Capitol Park, and the other will be placed on the south side of the Capitol on the Plaza near the ice skating rink. If you’re ‘pining’ for a way to make your tree a key part of the festivities, this is your moment to branch out. The donated trees will be removed at no cost to the property owner in mid-November and lit as part of New York State’s tree lighting event in December #AtThePlaza.
