Carbon footprint calculation is an excellent management tool and an easy first step to ensure future operational sustainability. 👉🏼 Conducting scope 1-3 carbon footprint calculations based on the GHG Protocol is a daily task for our team, and the results are utilized to achieve climate goals, minimize operational costs, and secure future operational viability. 👉🏼 Currently, our team's intern, Iida Sinisalo, is starting her thesis work, which examines current practices of companies in utilizing these calculations as well as opportunities to utilize the data more effectively. 💡 Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to participate in Iida's thesis work and gain insights into potential opportunities for improving your own practices!

🔬 Research Update: This summer, alongside my internship, I took on a personal research project exploring the crude oil markets through the lens of Brownian motion. 🛢️ ✨ It’s fascinating how the random motion of particles in physics can mirror the intricate dynamics of market prices. 📈 🔍 Diving deep into this stochastic model allowed me to uncover unique insights and draw connections between finance and physics. This project has truly fueled my passion for understanding market behaviors and applying theory to real-world scenarios. 🌐 💡 Excited to share my findings and continue exploring the complexities of market forces! Communications Coach | Soft Skills Trainer | Speaker | Entrepreneur | Leadership Development & Personal Growth Expert | Energy Industry Professional
This may be my favorite Crüe Club photo yet. In 5 months Elite Crue Members/Sponsors had the opportunity to have 57 hours of uninterrupted time with 147 E&P Operators from 42 E&P Companies at our Topic Series Events. Pretty impressive! Intelligent Wellhead Systems, LFS Chemistry, and Black Diamond Oilfield Services! Our Topic Series was a great addition aimed at diving into industry topics shaping and driving our industry. M&A, Leadership, Energy Policy, AI in the oilfield, Operator Challenges and Innovations, and more. Each event brings new E&Ps to the table to engage in our round table symposium-style events. This summer we are continuing to build connections in the community and to the next generation by extending the invite to Student SPE Summer interns. As well as provide Professional Development opportunities with our Growth Workshops. Some key takeaways from last night's Crue Club OKC season finale: - Networks: from finding deals in this complex market to finding a new role, recruiting new talent, and innovation through collaboration. Networks can make your life much easier, however without a robust and active one, can make things a lot harder. - Innovation will come from collaborations with smaller and innovative OFS companies and E&P's. OFS must be able to maneuver and adapt quickly and be genuine in their encounters. - There is a lot of talent on the market, making access and opportunities more difficult - The key to that: building your network! - OFS companies will close doors versus be acquired, and it'll happen fast. - OFS companies will need to lean into advancements and technology to stay relevant and competitive. - Leadership and how you influence your team will either stack teams with talent or leave skeleton mediocre teams in the dust. - Consolidation isn't slowing down, neither should your networks 4 Elite Crue Club Memberships/Sponsorships remaining. E&P Membership Applications are incoming...stay tuned #ofs #oilgas #symposium #connections #network #energy #personalgrowth

At the core of ROYC Group lies our exceptional team, embodying the very essence of our identity. Meet Arash Hosseini, our dedicated Investment Professional based at our Stockholm office. 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 I began my studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, pursuing a master's degree in chemical engineering - I've always been interested in solving complex challenges, which in many cases means breaking down a problem to its smallest components and putting it together in an innovative way. During my internship, working at a combined heat & power plant for Fortum, I realized that much of the decision making was driven by the energy market - which sparked my interest for finance, driving me to also pursue a business degree at Stockholm University. I joined Nordea as a graduate on the trading floor, and had my last role within the leveraged finance team before joining ROYC Group. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗢𝗬𝗖? Our offices are filled with passionate colleagues from multidisciplinary backgrounds and you learn a lot from collaborating with such a mix of perspectives. One thing I love is the element of surprise – you never quite know what your next task will be, which keeps things exciting and challenging. It keeps me motivated and always ready to tackle whatever comes my way. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂? I find my drive in challenging the status quo and seeking better, more efficient ways of doing business. This passion fuels my commitment to making a real difference in the wealth sector. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸? After a busy week, I like to hit the kitchen and the gym - because nothing says "relaxing weekend" like bench pressing a cheesecake. #ROYC #WealthTech #PrivateMarkets #Technology #Innovation
