OGWN, our affinity group with a mission of supporting recruitment, development and retention initiatives for women across our organization, is showcasing employee artwork and poetry inspired by the IWD 2024 theme on our company intranet and hosting a panel discussion on inclusive leadership. Ocwen and PHH are proud of OGWN’s efforts to advance our diversity, equity and inclusion goals and celebrate the unique capabilities, knowledge and talent of our global workforce.
