Pores act as stress concentrators in an Additive Manufacturing (AM) process. The occurrence of pores at specific process parameters can help AM researchers narrow down the parameter window to achieve defect-free parts. AM PravaH does just that for you. If you are facing similar issues during experimentation, write to me. AM PravaH can significantly reduce the time required to optimize process parameters by at least one-third. Below is an example of porosity defects generated in an Al-Si alloy system. The image shows the cross-section of a build generated with a single-layer single-track laser scan. This insight can streamline your process parameter optimization. #additivemanufacturing #metals #alloys

This multi-laser system serves as the cornerstone of LPBF, offering both prototyping and production capabilities. It merits discussion. Build dimensions up to 280x280x365mm/11x11x14in. Superior gas flow - achieves densities surpassing those of cast parts. Automatic powder sieving/recycling - the option shown below (PSV) reduces labor and handling. Permanent Filter Module - more cost-effective and safer than paper filters. Equipped with up to two 700W lasers for optimal material compatibility and increased speed.
