While it’s not mandatory to show leave balances on pay slips, it can limit questions from staff about how much leave they have. Remember, if an employee asks how much leave they’ve got, you need to tell them. All components of compensation, including accrued leave balances, should be readily visible to employees and the play slip is a great place for that information to be made readily available. The fact employees have to ask about their balances or navigate a labyrinthian intranet site to figure it out is pretty poor.

It mostly shows annual leaves not personal leaves
