The Women's Energy Network Global Susquehanna Valley Chapter held their 3rd annual clay shoot and donated $4,000 of their proceeds to OHH! We are so grateful for their support in our mission to help oilfield families in financial crisis through no fault of their own.

Have you heard??? Baylor Giving Day is tomorrow!! You have the power to be a part of a 24-hour wave of generosity that makes an enduring impact for Baylor. In fact, many gifts to scholarships and other areas of support act as a lifeline to our students that allows them to pursue a Baylor education. What can you do? Choose your cause, make a gift, and share with others why you donated. Who knows, you may just inspire someone else to make an impact! https://lnkd.in/ebW8Ta2X

If you are wondering what kind of impact your business can have for a not for profit organization, check this out. This is the third year in a row that this local business has turned over the proceeds of mulch sales for the day, totaling roughly $10,000. That kind of support is huge for Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington. The relationship started with a #CSGW presentation where owner Marty Young was in attendance. He learned how the program worked and how it could be an impactful tool for #CommunitySafety. As a business that has been impacted by crime, he felt this was an organization that he could support. Aligning your business with the #CrimeStoppers brand isn't just a smart move for community engagement, it can actually be a boost to your profile. Consider partnering with your local program.
Wow! Another awesome #MulchSale year in #MountForest . Thank you to Marty Young and his team at Young's Home Hardware who donated ALL proceeds from this year's sale. Here Marty, left, is joined by #CSGW Past Chair Deryck West. Outstanding support from this community partner! Shout out to our #Guelph partners, Andre Belisle and his team at JL's Home Hardware for raising $1,776 for our program during #MayMulchMonth.

Intern at the International Criminal Court | Recent Graduate from Leiden University’s Honors Program | Nova Member | Award-Winning Public Speaker | Global Education Ambassador at GYA | Ambassador to Leiden University
Beyond happy to share that LUC's Class of 2024 is putting together an exciting Graduation Gift: we are raising money for our school's scholarship fund. As graduation approaches, I cannot express how grateful I am for having chosen Leiden University College as my future alma mater. Our program, framed within a Global Challenges academic perspective, aims to equip future change-makers in the fields of politics, economics, sustainability, health, sociology, and more. It is an exciting academic project, and financial constraints should never be a barrier preventing someone from attending our school (or worse, forcing them to withdraw). While still far from true equity, this is our modest attempt to narrow the opportunity gap. Will you join us, and help us make a difference?
Dear network, I am more than thrilled to share this project with you today. As my class is coming closer to its graduation date, let me introduce our new LUC tradition, the graduation gift! Each year, the students graduating in the summer, will collect money for a cause close to their hearts. Because our program relies so much on its community, this year we are raising funds for the LUC scholarship fund. We want to raise as much as possible to help students finance their studies. I am beyond proud and grateful of my years spent at LUC, and I am very happy that my class can help others benefit from the same education as we did. Thank you in advance for your help and don’t hesitate to share! Jean Please find the link to donate below: https://lnkd.in/eC8argaY

At the Alumni Association, we work on a grass roots level to raise funds for scholarships that support students from all over the country. Every dollar you donated is a dollar that helps create another Saluki alum just like you. THANK YOU.

INNOVATIVE IT SOLUTIONS is at the forefront of transforming businesses with cutting-edge technology within global financial services, and federal government agencies. AWS Cloud Migration & Strategy Expertise/PMP/BA/CBAP
My background in 20 plus year career in healthcare technology and global financial services has shown me firsthand the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace. In both industries, I have dealt with high-pressure situations, complex problem-solving, and the need for effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. In healthcare technology, empathy and understanding are crucial when working with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members. Being able to listen actively, show empathy, and communicate effectively can make a significant difference in patient outcomes and overall satisfaction. Additionally, in global financial services, emotional intelligence is essential for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and navigating the complexities of the financial markets. Overall, my experiences in these industries have taught me that emotional intelligence is not just a soft skill, but a critical factor in driving success and creating a positive work environment. It enables better decision-making, stronger relationships, and more effective collaboration, ultimately leading to improved outcomes and greater overall success in the workplace. #clinical_ Psychiatrist #class of 2028 #summer2term #excelsior_university 📚📚📚

Are Grants to For-Profit Businesses eroding Capitalism and causing a disincentive to Revenue Growth?? Does Pitching for $2,000 or $3,000 or even $10,000 benefit long-term growth for For-Profit Businesses??? Do Bank "donations" benefit the community long term or does Capital Investment benefit the Community Long Term?? Banks need to start lending money instead of making donations!!!
