Which table are you sitting at and why?

Virgin Media O2 Having canceled my O2 SIM contract on December 14th, three days before the contract was set to end, it transpired that the cancellation did not take place. On January 4th, following a series of unpaid bill emails and texts, I made another call. This process consumed over 3 hours on the phone, as I was passed across 3 departments. Recently, I have received threatening emails claiming an 'overdue bill' and stating that it has been passed on to Moorcroft debt recovery agency. Today, after spending over two hours on the phone and being transferred to 4 separate departments, I find myself no further forward. I am currently on the line, on hold, 45 minutes into the next call, awaiting the opportunity to speak to O2 Payment Management. I have composed two detailed emails to complaintreviewservice@o2.com, explaining the situation. Unfortunately, neither has received a response. What do you suggest I do in this situation?

In our industry, Nurses Week stands as a major sale period, akin to Black Friday/Cyber Week. This year, we wanted to present something outside the box to give our customers a break from the usual GWP products they've come to familiarize themselves with. You marketers will know what I mean - tote bags, tote bags, and more tote bags. With the release of Barco One Performance Knit just behind us, it felt like the perfect time to capitalize on the athleisure positioning of this brand. With that in mind, we thought to ourselves, "How can we create a free product that has purpose in the athletic world and adds value to a customer's purchase?" The goal was to find an item that makes you go "Oh cool!" at the register. What we landed on was co-branded Bluetooth headphones. From the second I received the sample unit, I felt like we were onto something. Time will tell what the ROI looks like on this campaign, but the message here is just how rewarding it can be to source a promotional item that truly adds something to the customer experience and steps away from the easy, go-to options.
