The Ohio EPA is accepting public comment on proposed updates to the State Water Quality Management Plan (208 Plan). The plan describes and promotes efficient and comprehensive programs for controlling water pollution from point and nonpoint sources in a defined geographic area. This update includes 208 Plan modifications from OKI. Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. Sunday, September 29.
