“Accessibility isn't about compliance. It's about people. Why do so many companies get it wrong?” Many think accessibility is about checking boxes. Meeting regulations, avoiding legal trouble. But that’s just the beginning. Compliance is the minimum you can do. It’s the starting point, not the finish line. Real accessibility goes beyond guidelines. It’s about designing for all users, in all scenarios. Think about this: Accessibility standards are shaped by many voices. Not all critical aspects make it into guidelines. A site can be “compliant” and still a nightmare to navigate. Want to know how to create a genuinely inclusive experience? Here are three steps to go beyond compliance: ● Ask your users. Don’t assume their needs — listen. ● Test with real people. Automated tools can’t catch everything. ● Make it a habit. Accessibility isn’t a one-time effort. Big corporations meet targets on paper. But they often miss where it counts — user experience. Ready to create products that truly include everyone? Let’s talk about how you can start today. ➤ Keep challenging your assumptions. ➤ Keep asking the hard questions. ➤ Keep pushing beyond the basics. Your audience — all of your audience — will thank you. Want to create something that truly stands out? Let’s work together to aim higher and do better. We, at Ruh Global IMPACT can help. DM!!! Don't stop there. It is the floor, not the ceiling. Aim higher. Aim better." The profile picture shows a woman smiling with text that says "Creator Accelerator Program Member."

Once again I am persuaded that the size of the mountain we see is dependent on where we are viewing them from. No wonder God is never moved by many things that scare us as human. #Faceyourfearswithcourage
