During staff orientation last week at Camp Clark, our future summer role models had the opportunity to hear from many guest speakers.
Wayne Bloom, Camp Clark alumni, shared the footprint that summer camp left on his life, how that had a direct impact on him paying it forward in later years, and encouraged us to “leave awesomeness behind” this summer.
THANK YOU Wayne, for inspiring us and continuing to leave your legacy at Camp Clark!✨

Today we hosted a large group of 2024 Seniors for Career Ready Bootcamp by the Knowlton Center For Career Exploration! Students learned how to network like a pro with Cathi Fallon, "ask me anything" rotations with Human Resources representatives, and a happy hour with Denison's amazing Alumni & Office of Alumni and Family Engagement department.
We’re excited to be at the amazing Little Gate Farm on Saturday. We will not only be showcasing our collective products and designs, but we will also have a selection from some of our trainees personal lines for sale. 👀👀😎
See you there!

Way to go Lexi (only wish I had recruited her)!

Many thanks to the HRACRE (Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate) for organizing the intern programming and allowing us to share more about The Breeden Difference. It was great to talk with so many future professionals.
The Breeden leadership team included Bonnie Moore (President, Property Management), Christine Gustafson (Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations), Mark Denny (Vice President, Property Management) and Jamie Kane (Vice President of New Development, Multifamily Division).

I did a thing recently.
I presented to colleagues and shared our Smith Family Work Inspirations program experience at Collins SBA.
Speaking to a group of Girl Guides or young people... sure. But a group of colleagues or peers? That's a whole new challenge.
Inspired by Andrea Garland and The Smith Family, we went down memory lane and guessed each other's first paid job, before diving into why the Work Inspirations Program is important to us at Collins SBA.
So, why is this program important to me and the team?
⭐ CLARITY: To provide support to students to navigate the beginning of their careers.
⭐ CONFIDENCE: It takes courage to learn and grow - it's ok to ask for help.
⭐ CONTROL: A reminder that they are in control of their goals.
