As the holiday season unfolds🎁, it's an opportune time to reflect on the past year and express gratitude for the experiences, challenges, and achievements. Just as we exchange gifts during this festive period, let's also consider the concept of "return" in our professional lives. Reflect on the returns of your efforts✍️ – the projects completed, goals achieved, and skills honed. Whether you find yourself returning to familiar tasks or venturing into new territories, let each experience be a stepping stone toward personal and professional growth. In the spirit of the holidays, embrace the return of camaraderie and collaboration among colleagues. The bonds we build and the knowledge we share contribute to a collective return on investment, fostering a workplace culture that thrives on mutual support.🤲 Embrace the spirit of Christmas🎄🎁 with joy 😁and gratitude, fostering a sense of unity and goodwill. During this festive season, I reflect on the values of compassion and generosity, extending warm wishes to colleagues and connections alike. May the magic of Christmas inspire collaboration, creativity, and a renewed sense of purpose in our professional endeavors. As we approach the new year, let's carry forward the positive returns of the past and welcome the opportunities that lie ahead. May your holiday return be a source of inspiration, setting the stage for a prosperous and fulfilling professional journey in the coming year. Wishing you a joyful holiday season filled with meaningful returns and anticipation for what's to come. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas 🎄 filled with success, growth, and meaningful connections amd a hapou new year in advance. Peace be unto you. ✌️

As the holiday season unfolds, it's more than just a time for festive decorations and merry gatherings: it's a profound opportunity to delve into the core of our being and discover our purpose for the upcoming year🌟 In the midst of the holiday hustle, let's not forget to pause, breathe, and immerse ourselves in the warmth of those who fill our hearts with love and positivity. 🎄💖 It's a time to carve out space for activities that genuinely make us happy, allowing the joy to seep into every corner of our existence. Amidst the twinkling lights and joyous celebrations, let this abundant positive energy become the fuel that propels us into the coming year. 🚀 Take the time to rest, recharge, and reflect on the experiences that truly matter. The path to 2024 is paved not only with goals but with the essence of who we are and what brings us fulfillment. For some, the goals for the next year are already meticulously outlined, strategies neatly laid out. Yet, if you find yourself still contemplating, fear not. There's ample time to craft your vision, to redefine your mission, and to set the stage for a transformative journey. 🌠 As the year draws to a close, let's embrace the power of introspection and intention. What’s your wish for the holidays? My wish for you is time to rest and restore, the gift of seeing your loved ones, both related and chosen and the open capacity to be present during festivities. This time of year can be as fast-paced as spending time at work; here are some strategies to soak it all in and enjoy. -Track gratitude Write 3-5 things you are thankful to experience during your holiday break. Read them before a big party or celebration. Repeat them to yourself if you get stuck talking to a chatty relative. -Build your energy Curate moments to feed your inner sense of peace. Journal, nap, read that book you’ve been interested in, or have a pampering session…whatever restores your energy. -Reflect As the year winds down, make space for a quiet moment or two to reflect on your success this past year. Dwell in your success and consider your possibility. Collect the following as evidence of your accomplishments: -Mid-year review -Recognition emails -Last year’s performance review -Your monthly results dashboards -Any notes from meeting with your manager What is your hope for this holiday season? #grateful #womensupportingwomen #holidaydecor #womenatwork

This is the kind of work that really changes the world. Often during my presentations around wholeness and mental health, I get asked about whether I do any work in helping to facilitate conversations with men who are struggling. And my response is: "I can't." Men have to change the narrative from "men don't talk" to "men talk". And this is exactly what my friend/sometimes coach/perpetual sounding board is doing. Reach out. Talk. Connect. #mentalhealth #personalgrowth #connection
Hey there, Gents! The holidays might not have been a breeze for many of us, and that's totally okay. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's just life. Whether you had a tough time, couldn't be with loved ones, or felt a bit low entering the new year – it's alright to feel that way. You don't have to be on top of everything all the time. Now that we're back at work after the festivities, it's easy to switch gears and dive into our tasks, grateful for a break from all that holiday buzz. But here's the thing about pressure – it tends to build up. Guys, it's crucial that we open up to each other. That's why I'm passionate about the work I do with David Daniels at Man in the Mirror, a space just for us men. We tackle the challenges that come with being a guy in 2024. If you're curious about joining our men-only group, reach out to either me or David. There's absolutely no charge; it's just men supporting men. Let's chat, support one another, and navigate this journey together. You're not alone.

As the festive lights twinkle and the air fills with the scent of pine and holiday spices, let's take a moment to reflect on the true essence of Christmas🎄. It's a time for giving, not just in terms of presents wrapped in shimmering paper, but giving of ourselves – our time, attention, and kindness.⭐️💫 This season, let’s embrace the diversity of our global family. Remember, each one of us carries unique traditions and stories that, when shared, enrich us all. Let’s swap tales of holiday customs from around the world, learning and growing from our shared experiences.🫂 In the corporate realm, Christmas is an opportune moment to pause and appreciate the hard work and dedication of our teams. Acknowledge the year's challenges, but more importantly, celebrate the resilience and adaptability we've shown. Let's set aside the spreadsheets and targets for a moment, and focus on the human connections that truly drive our success.💫 As we gather, either physically or virtually, let's remember those who might be spending the holidays away from loved ones. A simple message of care can mean the world. And, in the spirit of inclusivity, let’s ensure everyone feels part of this joyous season, regardless of their background or beliefs.🎄🫂 Finally, as we bid farewell to another year, let's carry the spirit of Christmas into the new year – a spirit of generosity, compassion, and unity. Here's to a holiday season filled with love, laughter, and a deep sense of gratitude.☺️ Merry Christmas, LinkedIn family. May your holidays be merry and bright, and filled with moments that turn into cherished memories. Share your favorite holiday tradition in the comments!🎄🎄🎄 #christmasspirit #diversityequityandinclusion #teamappreciation #inclusivity #holidayseason #CorporateFamily

This year, on a snowy Christmas Eve, while families gathered around their festive trees, I found myself alone. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. You see I was alone in my penthouse office, eyes glued to dual monitors, orchestrating a game-changing move that would set up me and my company for 2024. There's a unique silence that blankets the city on holidays, a stillness most find comforting. But for me, it's the perfect backdrop for my most focused, strategic work. As the clock struck midnight, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse - except for me, of course, landing a deal that most could only dream of securing. While the world paused, my empire expanded. Holiday Spirit"? I say it's a convenient excuse for the masses to slack off. I've always found it amusing how people cling to the idea of 'holiday breaks.' In the high-speed world of business, time off is the enemy of progress. So here's my POV: The holidays are not a time to rest; they're the ultimate opportunity to get ahead. While others are unwrapping gifts, I'm strategizing for the next quarter. My festive season? A whirlwind of negotiations, planning, and setting the stage for a year of unmatched success. Sure, go ahead and indulge in your holiday feasts. Meanwhile, I'll be feasting on the competition's market share. This is what sets apart the good from the truly great. The holiday season is not a pause; it's a launchpad. So, let me ask you: While you're settling into your holiday comfort, are you missing out on the chance to truly stand out? #HustleWhileTheyRest #NoDaysOff #HolidayHustle #ControversialOpinions #ChallengeTheStatusQuo

Integral Associate Coach™ | ICF- ACC | ICP- ACC | ICP - ATF | NVC Ambassador | Agile Coach | Team Facilitator | I help individuals, teams and organisations to thrive and not just to survive
The holiday season for a lot of people who celebrate Christmas is behind us. A lot of the excitement and holidays are over and there is one entire year ahead of us. Normally this should be another great reason to get excited and at the same time, usually what happens to me is that I experience a dip. Who amongst the readers recognises the difficulty to get back to the routine, to work, to school? On top of that comes the pressure of the New Year! Whatever, I was not able to achieve or do is in the past. This year will be my year! I will lose weight, I will get that promotion, I will finally…New year, new me… For a couple of years now I have disregarded the New Year's resolutions which I found puts a further unnecessary pressure on me. I found what works better for me is to simply set an intention and check in regularly whether I am aligned to it or not. For this year my intention is to do things intentionally and with purpose. I have heard other people just anchor themselves with a word: e.g. ease, effortlessness. This way, I invite freedom, I find myself instead of being locked up in something too concrete, more flexible as of course, I know things will evolve during this year as well. Something expands and I feel ready to welcome all the possibilities that will be coming my way with an open heart! What is your take on New Year's resolutions? I would love to hear if this is something that you find useful or if you have found something else in the yearly cycle of things that works better for you? Thank you for sharing! 👐 #newyearresolution #pressure #intention #purpose #freedom #possibilities #openheart

Dynamic Problem Solver, Team Builder, and Stand-Up Comedy Enthusiast | Balancing Work Excellence with a Fun, Friendly Spirit
Life's a rollercoaster, especially around New Year's Eve. Some of us are grinding away at work, while others are soaking up the festive spirit. Remember, we're all riding the waves of life in this unpredictable economy. Let's not sweat the small stuff; after all, we're all in the same boat, heading towards the same inevitable end. Thinking back, I've had my share of thin and thick times. There were Christmases when my wallet was light as a feather after bills and groceries, hoping for that extra bit of luck to make the holidays special. I've been on both ends of the spectrum, from only having enough to put a drop in the gas tank to filling it up without a second thought. I've known days of making a meal out of scraps and others of dining like a king. I've felt the ease of a kitchen overflowing with food and the pinch of an empty fridge. I've experienced the freedom of shopping without a care and the tough choices of putting things back on the shelf. Paying bills has been a breeze at times, and at others, a game of catch-up. I've been in positions to lend a helping hand and in moments where I've had to extend my own for help. We're all navigating these highs and lows, each to a different degree. But at the end of the day, we're all just trying to get by. Nobody's above anyone else, and it's a real downer when people think they are. It doesn't matter if you live in a mansion, drive the latest model, or have a stack of cash - we're all made of the same stuff and our time here is finite. We should be blind to differences in status and wealth, just like the inevitable end we all face. Let's be kind to each other. We're here to lend a hand and make a difference. Drop the ego and power plays; they won't take you far. Stay humble and kind. Share what you can, be it your time, love, or a bit of holiday cheer. Keep faith and hope alive - you never know when your actions might light up someone's world. Happy New Year 🎊
