I believe that HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and People Analytics are essential tools for understanding and improving our workforce. 1️⃣ HRIS as the Foundation HRIS serves as a central hub, storing critical employee data—like performance reviews and attendance. 2️⃣ People Analytics: Driving Insights With this data, People Analytics helps us identify trends and make informed decisions, such as recognizing teams that may need additional training or addressing potential turnover. Example: If a department shows high absenteeism, we can analyze the data to uncover reasons—whether it’s workload or leadership issues—and implement solutions.
