Following the huge success of Ballymakenny Park development, O’Mahony Pike are excited to see the new Usher’s Mill development recently launch to market and continue to contribute to the growth of Drogheda. Within these early phases, there is permission for 270no. residential units (150no. houses, 116no. apartments and 4no. duplexes) along with a crèche. A triangular village green is located at the heart of the scheme, affording views south towards key landmarks within Drogheda Town Centre. Bounding the north of the development, an initial portion of a linear park is proposed with a later phase expected to complete this ‘green spine’ which in turn will develop and facilitate attractive looped pedestrian and cycle friendly paths and where possible to improve linkages.

📣Greystar has received planning approval for its One Lansdowne build-to-rent project in Croydon. The permission follows the submission of its proposals last year for the site. This is the proposed mixed-use development concept for transforming #Vancouver City Hall into "Civic District" As part of #Vancouver City Council’s deliberations before the end of December 2024 on making Broadway Plan policy amendments, which would introduce added building height and density allowances across the area plan, City staff have also included a refined concept of what the future City Hall redevelopment could look like. Based on the newly outlined details and artistic renderings, the refined concept for the “Civic District” precinct master plan is a blend of the three options. #FuquayVarinaNC is moving forward with a new mixed-use development in Downtown Fuquay. Approved by the Town Board of Commissioners, this project is a partnership with Raleigh-based HMP Holdings, LLC, and will include: ➡ 20,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space ➡ 244 apartments ➡ A 420-space parking deck The project aligns with the Town’s Downtown Generational Master Plan and Economic Development Strategic Plan to expand living and commercial options downtown. Potential for 2 options: 1) Residential: 33 stories, 429 units (36 affordable) with four levels of subterranean parking, 55,000 sqft grocery store, and 5,000 sqft retail. 2) Office: 463,521 sqft of office, 11,914 sqft of restaurant uses, and 8,988 sqft of uses in the bungalows. Both options would demolish 32,844 sqft of commercial and vacant residential uses while rehabilitating six bungalows. Does the office option even make sense in this high-vacancy commercial market?
