When public parks are not meant for the public Why do parks that are meant for the public charging an entrance fee from members of the public? All such parks are owned by either the KMC or the provincial or federal government and are built and maintained using taxpayers money - so why would the KMC, the Sindh government or the federal government charge an entrance fee? Does Central Park in New York or Hyde Park in London charge an entrance fee?
