I love the Olympics because they open our views to new cultures, countries, and sports. Who knew that my kids could develop an overnight passion for gymnastics, synchronized diving, swimming, skateboarding, etc? The games also have deeper significance for me now that I work at a company that is tied to the Olympics in such a unique way. Read below to learn more about O.C. This not a work related post and also not an April Fool's day post, yet it includes some lessons learned. To receive a 2nd place trophy for the first time on clay surface on medium level on April Fool's day, it is the last thing i would personally expect in this tournament (which included a list of 64 medium level players) . Especially, taking into consideration the way i had to manage my way into the final: all 5 matches played had a duration of 3 hours each, 10 match points against me in total had to be saved in the last moment, winning each match (except the final) on the critical details by 2 points difference, having to make a comeback in 2 out of those matches from a score  of 2-5 against me. The lessons learned from this tennis tournament and applicable into other spectrums of our life are: always be persistent,  focused, keep an eye on spotting out small opportunities, take quick decisions with some calculated risk  and enjoy the experience when you encounter opponents that play better.

Great Britain's tally of medals in TOW was 2 Gold, 2 Silver, and 1 Bronze, making them the most successful team ever to compete in TOW at the Olympic Games!
