Relationships with stakeholders are paramount in a UX role. And a lot of it comes down to how you manage requests. Here are 6 ways to manage them well: 1. Understand the end goal of the request 2. Ask lots of questions 3. Give a timeline 4. Be proactive in giving updates 5. Provide a draft and get feedback 6.
