👉𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑺𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒀𝒐𝒖: 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑴𝒚 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒌𝒆 💡 After my recent brain stroke, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the factors that contributed to it. Despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle—𝒏𝒐 𝒔𝒎𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝑵𝒐 𝑩𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒆𝒔, 𝑵𝒐 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑩𝑴𝑰—one thing I didn’t pay enough attention to was stress. Stress is often called the "silent killer" for a reason. It sneaks up on you, especially when you think you have it all under control. Stress doesn't always show physical symptoms until it takes a toll on your health. I learned this the hard way. We live in a world that glorifies the grind—long hours, sleepless nights, always being available. But we forget that our minds and bodies have limits, and pushing beyond those limits without adequate rest and mental care comes at a cost. 👉 𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚’𝒔 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒔? Here’s what I learned: it’s important to not just manage physical health but to actively reduce stress. Make time for relaxation, take breaks, and find something that brings you joy every day. I'd love to hear from you—how do you deal with stress in your life? What helps you stay mentally healthy? Let’s start a conversation and learn from each other. 🧠✨ Stay well and take care of yourselves! Health truly is the real wealth. 🙏 #HealthAwareness #StressManagement #MentalWellness #LifeLessons #HolisticHealth #LifeafterBrainStroke

Busy positivity is the worst thing we have done for our health in recent times, the trend is terrible. 👎 I am all for improved mental health and confidence in yourself. But this is giving unhealthy people an easy out on taking care of their health. 👎👎👎 I don't care who you are, take the most important handful of metrics in measuring overall health and wellbeing and anyone who is doing good by all 5 metrics is not fat! There is a range in which all healthy people fall into. And if you really want to criticize me for saying this then know that I also think most people doing fitness shows also doesn't have optimal health. 💪 ✨There's a range all health people fit into and yes they do look a certain way with some wiggle room. Drop the body positivity act and admit you want the magic pill so bad and won't put in the work. You realized the magic pill doesn't exist so you've chosen to normalize that poor health is ok. 💊 It's not, kill the trend and start working on yourself. Do you agree or disagree with this? 👇👇👇 #movementculture #prehab #rehab #primalmovement #movnat #fitness #mobility #deskbound #painrelief #primalhealthcoach #healthcoach #guthealth #primalnutrition #functionalfitness #functionalmovement #breathwork #mindset #mindsetshift

Mindful Leader IV: Stress is our body's natural reaction to perceived challenges or threats. It kicks into gear by releasing hormones that speed up our heart and boost our energy and alertness to face the situation. While this can be beneficial in critical, short-term moments, prolonged or intense stress can seriously harm our physical and emotional health. #MentalHealth #Stress #Wellbeing #StressManagement #EmotionalHealth #HealthyLiving
